As of the publication of this Order, the following is effective:
Effective October 30, 2020, Adam Grigoriu, is hereby commissioned to the rank of Colonel (O-6), Royal Talossan Marine Corps.
Colonel Grigoriu is hereby assigned the duties of Director of the Office of Preparedness & Response (OPR), a functional component of Headquarters, Royal Talossan Marine Corps, here at Mitchell House.
Myself and the rest of the Navy Board extend our congratulations to Colonel Grigoriu.
