Right, so everything should be in place. The Royal Society still has to be assigned a moderator (what's the situation there?). Also the current SKA, Hooligan, has no New Witt account, so for the moment only the Dean is a moderator of the College's board.
I should note that the Ziu is supposed to come up with its own moderation rules (including who to select as moderator for each of the four boards, though maybe obvious); so the arrangement I put in place for the four Ziu boards is provisional.
