I'm aware that there was some weird issue in creating the actual PDF of the Clark. I've notified the database administrator and we will get it fixed. The database reflects the current bills and for public record, here is a list of them:



Also, as a rather inelegant solution temporarily, I've attached a printout version of the Clark voting page that lists the contents of all the bills. Once the regular PDF is working again I will re-email members of the Ziu with an update.

It might be worth exploring whether or not using a simple Google Form and associated spreadsheet might not be an easier way to conduct business.  I was just thinking about this because of my pondering about a financial spreadsheet, but I use those all the time and it seems like a way that would be accessible, extremely easy to manage, and would still do all the work for you to present the results.  But it does seem like we should considering moving on from the database, since while MPF has been extremely helpful for many years, we shouldn't have a system that is opaque.  Food for thought.
