The James "Jimmy" Letherer Memorial Civil Rights Day

Whereas Talossa does not currently have a national Civil Rights Day, and

Whereas at least one Talossan is related  to a man who walked the 54 miles from Selma, Alabama to Montgomery, Alabama on crutches (he only had one leg) with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on March 21, 1965.

Therefore be it enacted by the Ziu that the second subsection of the fifth section of Title F of el Lexhatx, which currently reads

5.2.1. the month of March: Berber Heritage Month. All citizens are encouraged to express themselves in whatever medium is appropriate, on the question of Talossa's real or imagined Berbercentric prehistory.

I should be listed as Alexandreu Davinescu (MC-TNC), and I think convention is that your province is listed in the Senats, so it would be [SEN-VD] for you.

You also need to fix the quotes in the bill, since right now it just says "quote."  The code to start a quote is:
and to end it, it's
There's a minor thing to correct -- since the bill has two cosponsors, it should say "Noi urent..." (We pray) not "Ureu..." (I pray).

Otherwise, I see no issues with the form of this bill.
