Title: Thoughts on reforms
Post by: Mic’haglh Autófil, SMC EiP on March 07, 2024, 01:21:19 PM
I wanted to touch a bit on some of the discussion from this thread (https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=2070.0) (without commenting in a dead thread) and see if we as an Assembly can think of a few things we'd like to accomplish during the remainder of this Cosa.

Just a quick note that I took a much needed twoish week break from Witt and I only now saw this, Mic'haglh. I'm so glad you're back and I'm looking forwards to reading your proposals in detail tomorrow and offering my own thoughts!

Well if there's anyone around here who can understand needing a break... ;D

No rush! Take your time :)

Mic'haglh, seeing as we're basically making this a three-man effort to reform the province, I'd like to appoint you as:

- Arvitieir Primă, since you're the obvious candidate for the job, and the current appointee is sadly inactive;
- Maestro appointee to the provincial Senate, so you can have a voice in the provincial legislature and shepherd bills through on that side one last time, and because all other Senators are either inactive, already sit on the Assembly (me and Iason, if he maybe-perhaps-definitely is holding the NPW seats after all), or may not even be allowed to serve (Iason is technically a *current*, not a *former* national Senator)

What says you?

I accept these appointments. Let's get the work done. :)

Quick note that I made the major oversight of not checking what the letter of the law is; it says "all people who have served as Senator of Benito in the past", and this is definitely the case for Iason regardless of the fact he's also the current Senator.
