Citizen petition for Bråneu Excelsio

WHEREAS it has been more than a fortnight since @Bråneu Excelsio first posted on Wittenberg, following his introduction to the citizens of the Kingdom by officers of the Immigration Ministry, and

WHEREAS he has, in that time, demonstrated an active, genuine, and continuing interest in Talossan life, culture, and language, and

WHEREAS he desires citizenship in the Kingdom of Talossa, and

WHEREAS by all indications it appears that he would be a loyal and dedicated citizen, and a credit to this nation if he obtains the grant of citizenship he requests, and

WHEREAS he's rooting for the wrong soccer team, Tigres, but we can make him see the light with the correct one, Rayados,

THEREFORE I, Danihel Txechescu, a citizen in good standing of the Province of Maricopa and of the Kingdom of Talossa, do by the present petition the Secretary of State @Dr. Txec Róibeard dal Nordselvă, Esq., O.SPM, SMM to issue a grant of citizenship to Bråneu Excelsio, as specified by law.

And here I was thinking to myself this morning that it should be about that time to petition for his citizenship and that I should look into it. Clearly, several of us are on the same page in our belief that S:reu Excelsio has shown promise as a Talossan :)

WHEREAS Bråneu Excelsio has completed all the legal requirements for admission to the Kingdom of Talossa, and has satisfied the nation and us of his interest in Talossan citizenship (the Best Thing Money Can't Buy), of his intention and desire to participate in our national life, and of his loyalty to the Crown, we are pleased and honoured hereby to admit Bråneu Excelsio to the exalted status of the 557th NATURALISED CITIZEN OF THE KINGDOM OF TALOSSA, and of the province of Fiova , with all the rights, privileges, and duties thereunto appertaining.

Azul! I can only be grateful for the warm reception the kind people of Talossa have offered me today and the last fortnight, in which I have learned about your traditions, your way of communicating and the amazing evergrowing language this fine Kingdom has to offer.



Hereby I assure all of you that you will not be dissapointed in me. I announce my eternal compromise with the people of Talossa as I have taken the oath a few moments ago and have been approved as the 557th Naturalised Citizen of the Kingdom of Talossa, setting a milestone in my life as a human and as a new Talossan (from Fiövä to be precise).
