How would one go about registering for the Assembly election?
Benito's provincial assembly elections are by party, but it doesn't have to be a registered national party. Just pick a "party name" and announce you're running under that banner.

Well, in that case, I'll be running as "leader" of the
Parti da Reformaziun (assuming my Talossan is correct there, the
Reform Party, no?)
Within Benito specifically, platform involves (A) looking into a repeal of the Florencia split, (B) a possible merger with Vuode if (A) doesn't go through, and (C), some updated provincial symbols (especially if (A) does happen).

Any updates on this? Not sure if we're supposed to be seeing anything more official coming out, like I'm seeing in some other provinces.
I have not heard much feedback unfortunately but think a more formed proposal might generate it. Shall we work on a merger constitution to accompany a proposed referendum?

Well this was just about the election itself, not the merger, but I have a little something I could send you on that note, actually.

Just responded. And I like what I am seeing
Presuming we need the Vicere to officially open the Chancellery, but it looks to me like we should have:
TNC: 3 of 5 votes: (3/5) * 11 = 6.6
FreeDem: 1 of 5 votes: (1/5) * 11 = 2.2
PdR: 1 of 5 votes: (1/5) * 11 = 2.2
That's 6 initial seats for TNC, 2 each for FreeDems and PdR. TNC has the highest remainder (0.6 to the 0.2 of the other parties), so they get the as-yet-unassigned eleventh and final seat.
7 seats for TNC
2 for FreeDems
2 for PdR
