In the past we began by nominating people for Premier and then held an election. Though with only 3 members of the Estats Xhenerais I would assume a nomination and a second would constitute a duly elected Premier. Does everyone agree?

For the sake of form, I would prefer to hold an election after the nomination process. However, since neither the Constitution nor any provincial by-laws specify any length of time for the nomination process or how soon after the nomination process the election is to be held, it could be done very rapidly. A councilor nominates another councilor, yet another councilor seconds that nomination, and then the councilors vote. All within a minute or so. Also, I think we should give Ian Felciceau reasonable time (say, 24 hours?) to participate.
Are we going to create and pin a thread dedicated to the business of the Grand Session XVI?
I would think that would be a good idea, however I have no idea how to pin a thread

I'm sure it would be fine if it weren't pinned at least for now. I have been looking over past Grand Sessions on this subforum. It seems minor liberties have been taken with procedure, which I suppose is fine since there aren't many of us at present. I have updated the Wiki (see below) but there are some significant gaps in the data.
