I think the last part should read "18 years of age"

Also, what does "proper" mean in this context?

Seems good to me.

Quote from: mpf on February 07, 2024, 06:55:24 PMWHEREAS abuse of trust isn't only against minors, but can be against anyone under authority, such as a college student graded by a teacher, or an elderly person helped by an orderly, and
WHEREAS RZ8 is a good bill that just doesn't go far enough,

WHERE BE IT ENACTED by the King, Senäts and Cosă in Ziu assembled that section 7.3.1.1 in El Lexhatx A.7.3.1 which currently reads as:

7.3.1.1. "Sexual violence" shall include abuse of trust, where a Talossan citizen over the age of 18 initiates sexual conduct (physically or by means of words or images) with any person under the age of 18; and the citizen over 18 is in a position of supervision, authority or tutelage over said person under 18.

Be changed to:

7.3.1.1. "Sexual violence" shall include abuse of trust, where a Talossan citizen over the age of 18 initiates sexual conduct (physically or by means of words or images) with any person over which they area position of supervision, authority or tutelage, unless proper prior consent is given and that person is 18 of older.

Proposed by Marti-Pair Furxheir, Senator of Ataturk.

I have bolded where there's clearly a word missing.

I will note that this language is very broad, and you should check to be sure it means what you wish it to mean.

Also approved by me, although my excellent colleagues have seen it through already :)

Might appear as rude but I have researched and translated his name to Talossan. Pechein Schampeir Figlheu da Lúpul is the result. Can someone correct me? Or is it already correct?
Pablo is the Spanish version of Paul
I have completely forgotten about that

It's too literal.

Pablo is the Spanish version of Paul, which is Pol in Talossan.
I couldn't find any info on the name Dapena, though it probably doesnt mean "pitiful".
I would translate Lopez as Lupulescu.

Okay, yeah well seems like I have done too literal research
