Secretary of State
It's quite late here, I'm quite tired and already I encountered some problems when making the clark, so I may have made other mistakes as well. If so please let me know.

I just wanted to note for the SoS that I don't think a Cosa vote NEEDS a VoC any more, under the 2017 OrgLaw?

Correct. Someone pointed that out to me last clark. I asked Iason because to me his vote (Per on all) seemed ambiguous regarding the VoC. (If he hadn't replied I would have counted his votes on the bills, but not the VoC).
