While the votes haven't been officially certified, all the ballots from Benito were cast with PSC verification from different IP addresses, so I foresee no invalidations.
Further, one vote was cast for BENITO, which under custom and precedent is a vote of PRESENT, three were cast PRESENT directly, and all the others were cast for the NPW, so the only possible change to the outcome would be if all four NPW votes were invalidated. The NPW won all eleven seats in the Assembly, and should appoint its members accordingly.
Since they have unanimous control and, with the just-ratified change in the Benitan constitution, they can name their party head Maestro, I suspect we'll have a Maestro as soon as he notices this post.
Pursuant to the above, and given the NPW's projected numbers, I would like to appoint provincial seats as follows:
8 seats-
@Eiric S. Bornatfiglheu3 seats-
@Istefan PerþonestNo single party, no matter how unanimous the support, should hold total sway. IT is my hope that S:reu Perþonest will represent the voices of those who did not assign their preference as the NPW, and continue to offer his helpful and conscientious viewpoint to the running of our great province.
Given seat assignments, we also name S:reu Bornatfiglheu as Maestro of Benito for the coming term.
I thought we used to have a vote for Maestro. The Cjováni minority in Benito hereby withdraw from all political activity in our province.

The procedure was and is that we have a vote of the Assembly.

Uh-huh. Given that for at least the last year and two elections literally no one except ESB and I have shown anything resembling any political activity in Benito, I'm wondering how
anybody will tell even the slightest difference.
Last Cosa, we officially had three parties represented in the Assembly, but we literally could not find
any Benitans other than me and ESB willing to hold seats. And we knew ESB couldn't be Maestro because of Benitan Constitution banned him, and if we'd been playing close enough attention we'd have noticed the Organic Law banned me from being Maestro because I was already Cunstaval of Fiova. If literally
anyone else — like
YOU — had shown any interest when the parties were trying to fill the seats, that person would have been Maestro for most of the last year, and I wouldn't have even been in the Assembly, since I didn't want any.
And now, with nobody having even bothered to vote for a party other than the NPW, we're getting a passive-aggressive comment about being a bit informal about how it is obvious that the leader of the only party to win
any seats in the Assembly, and the only Benitan legally qualified for the Maestro position who had said anything on this board in the last year, is going to be elected Maestro?
The only reason this post isn't full of profanity in reaction is that I keep going back and editing it out of my sentences.

I mean, that is one solution. Though the Cjováni culture and people are an important part of Benito, we all must do what we feel is necessary. I honestly thought folks weren't particularly interested.
Istefan, dude, no disrespect, but it seems like, in the last few years, you weren't involved in our province at all. You wouldn't even join the Benito Facebook page I had going on for awhile. Okay, so maybe I messed up and got our dumb provincial laws about Maestro elections wrong. I apologize for that, congrats to ESB. I apologize. You can still cuss me out, I don't care. Let's get along, man. I'm not your enemy. I'm just an extremely lazy and half assed Talossan.
On behalf of the Cjováni, I will accept the Cosa seats given me
As for being passive-aggressive...I'm from Texas. A common personality trait from where I'm from..
Hee, hee... I'm from Texas, too!

Socially, I haven't been engaged in Benito or even Talossa, no. I've been carrying out my offices (more or less), and not much more.

Yeah, see, I log into Facebook something like once every month, to double-check if one of my second cousins or similarly distant relations has gotten married, divorced, or died, and everybody forgot to tell me. I occasionally comment on somebody else's posts while doing the check. The last time I said anything on Facebook, I believe, was on my sister's birthday, when I made a special point of getting on Facebook specifically to tell her "Happy birthday!"
