Yes, voting this way is perfectly legal.

With two our seats still in limbo, we cannot yet, I think, properly elect a new presiding officer. However and now that I think on it, as I'm Dean, I am fully able to do the voting thread for this month. - GV

I would agree since (as Dean) you are acting Mencei, with all the associated powers.
I will also point out that only one seat (Maricopa) is actually unfilled as of this time. The Cort has not issued any injunction (yet) related to the Cezembre case.
I vote per on RZ1.
(Do I have to do a Vote of Confidence? If so, I guess I vote Üc.)
No, Senators don't vote on the VoC.
PER on RZ1

Database show no senator for Fiova...
Database seems to put Ian as Maricopa senator.

That seems to be a glitch. I'll ask MPF to fix it.

As you are not a Senator but an MC, this vote is in the wrong place. However, I will count it for the 1st Clark.
Please note that only Senators and other authorized individuals may post on the Senate board. Other posts are subject to removal.
