If I may butt in for a moment. Speaking as Secretary of State, it is really important that I am notified in plenty of time if the Chancery has to conduct an election. The database is not currently set up for ranked choice either which means I'd have to do a manual tally. In and of itself that's nor a deal breaker but if I'm needed to run an election, it helps to have local laws explained so I don't have to figure out on my own (as I recently had to do.)

Ok folks I really need to get this figured out. I sent the oath of citizenship to S:reu Yasir believing the requirements for citizenship have been met. Now it seems no contact has been made outside Wittenberg. Has anyone heard from him outside of Witt?

This guy is now in limbo as I cannot legally grant him citizenship at this time. Can we please fix this?

Well I'm sure I'm going to piss some people off, but this conversation has gotten completely out of hand and in my capacity as Administrator of Witt as the Secretary of State, I am going to enforce a cooling off period by closing this thread for one week. AD I don't have time right now to delve into my thinking here but please don't mistake my politeness with agreeing with your legal interpretation. I acted appropriately based on my understanding.
