Azul!
I would like to apply for Fellow-ship in the College of Arms. I understand the general process from this previous application post https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=1131.0 (https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=1131.0)
So I understand if I need to wait for the Oblivious Auditing Fellow position to become available. I just wanted to "throw my hat in the ring" as it were.

Azul,
The position of the Oblivious Auditing Fellow is actually available at this time. However, before your application can be considered, we will need to wait until you are granted citizenship. Once this is done, the College will be more than happy to consider you.
Thanks!
-Rouge Elephant Herald.
Completely understood, thank you!
Edit: That was supposed to end in an exclamation point not a question mark.

I don't want you to feel disheartened. This isn't a denial of your application, it is simply a "we must wait" thing.

Oh no, I understand. I wasn't sure exactly how involved I could be as a prospective citizen.
I will definitely follow up once I become full-fledged!
Now that I'm officially a citizen, I would like to revisit my application for the position of Oblivious Auditing Fellow.
I don't think there will be any objections, but I'll ask anyway for the sake of form: does anyone object to admitting S:reu Vilaçafat to our ranks as an OAF?
-NRH
I'm good with the application.
-REH
No objections from me!

Is there anyone left to object?
No one likely, and it's been a day. On behalf of the Dean, you are welcomed into the College as the Oblivious Auditing Fellow. Soon you will hopefully have a chance to work with a prospective armiger and assist their request, and upon successful completion and agreement of the College, Dean, and Squirrel King of Arms, proceed on to a standard fellowship. Congratulations.

Welcome aboard to our newest OAF!
-REH
Wonderful! Thank you very much!
Welcome to the new OAF!

As my first task, might I work up my own CoA? Or should I work with another Fellow?

You can absolutely work on your own CoA. The only stipulation is that you must go through the process of requesting one and having the petition accepted by the Dean of the College (or his regent).
