Thank you for your question. As I pointed out elsewhere, after discussion with the SIGN leadership we decided the best way to start working on learning materials was to ask for feedback on how the current "official grammar", Las Recomendas, could be simplified for popular consumption (https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=1735.0). We have got a grand total of zero feedback on that. I'm not sure where SIGN want to go from there, but I'll ask them.
