This applicant is from China and is unable to access Wittenberg due to that country's internet restrictions, therefore this application shall follow the provisions of LEX.E.6

Further, the limitations of LEX.E.4 shall be relaxed for this application.

Now, LEX.E.4 doesn't seem to have been updated following passage of the Lexifore Leeway Act, but those amendments are in force. Therefore:
- The examination period for this application shall be a minimum of 25 days before any petition to the Chancery can be made. (15 days + 10)
- If no petition is made to the Chancery within 70 days of the applicant's first Witt post then the application shall be terminated. (60 days + 10)
- If the applicant does not make a first Witt post within 40 days of today then the application will be terminated. (30 days + 10)

That would be helpful, yes. Like I explained to you earlier, everything you email to me will be posted on the forum for all others to see. Everything other people post will be emailed to you. It was founded in 1979 and has been expanding ever since. We celebrate Independence Day every December 26th.
