Have you been introduced to the Kingdom of Talossa by an existing citizen?NO -
Do you have any previous experience with, or membership in, any "micronations"?NO -

Is it okay if Talossan citizens contact you by telephone?YES
About Myself:I am a big fan of tweeds.
I have walked several of the routes to Santiago de Compostela including from Seville, St. Jean Pied de Port, Le Puy-en-Velay.
I speak Spanish, English, some French.
The highest elevation I have been to is almost 18,000 feet.
I teach Wilderness Medicine for NOLS.
A perfect day begins with good coffee and ends with a glass or two of good red wine. In between, sunshine and a good walk are in order.
One of my favorite journeys was when my wife and I went (from California) to Edinburgh, Scotland for a Rolling Stones concert. Another was driving the (mostly) gravel Carretera Austral in Chile in an old Hyundai.
Why I am Interested in Becoming a Talossan:The prospect of meeting like-minded citizens is what draws me to apply for citizenship in Talossa. I believe in the value of person-to-person contact as a foundation for world peace. How better than to get to know fellow citizens from around the globe?
Where did you hear about the Kingdom of Talossa?None of these

Daniel knows what's up.Azul, Daniel!
That's some really interesting facts about yourself, I'm sure you'll find Talossa rather interesting too :)
I studied french for a year and I'm a spanish native speaker but I'm writing to you in english and have this question to ask you:
What's the story behind the almost 18,000 feet high point? Sounds intriguing.
Benvenescu, Daniel!
My wife and I didn't go to Edinburgh for a concert but we did spend over 3 weeks in the UK (including Edinburgh) a few years back, prior to COVID. I'm also in California, so if you gain citizenship you'll be a part of my province of Maricopa - the best province!
In 1976 I was trekking in the Himalaya with my father. At close to the 18,000 feet a snowstorm descended upon us so we spent the night in a yak herder's stone shelter. The next day we descended through fresh, thigh deep snow back to the village of Langtang. Unfortunately that village was obliterated by landslides during the 2015 earthquake.
Thanks for the welcoming words. I look forward to learning more about Maricopa.
Hello Talossans,
Surfing, wilderness medicine, ukulele practice, good books and conversation. Wondering if any citizens live in Sonoma County, Northern California?
Apologies for the late response, but welcome to Talossa!
