More to the point: Welcome, Karl-Heinz! Count me in as another interested in learning more about Dracul -- this is not a micronation I've heard of, and I've heard of...quite a few, haha.
I'm so sorry to hear about South Africa. We in the West mostly look to Mandela as a giant among men, but his successors are not Mandela, it seems.
