Title: Talossan licence plates for bikes and motorbikes

Yeah, it's in the name.

Format is uh 0000000. First four numbers are the year and the month of when you have gotten the plate. Last numbers are random. At the top it's stated where you're from.

Just realised I misspelled the canton of the province I'm a resident of...

Plate also applies for small carriages for bikes.
