After 15 days from your first forum post, if you have proven to be an active and interested prospective citizen, one of the current citizens will petition the Royal Chancery to grant you full citizenship.

At last! - someone born in the same decade as I was! I am (I think) Talossa's "oldest" citizen - not "old" on the sense of "being a citizen for longer than others" ('cos I'm not), but "old" in the sense of "having been born a long time ago" - I am now 79. (You, Jerry, are a "mere youngster" <grin>)
I have looked up "Kiwanis" on the Internet- it's the first time I've heard of it. What do you do in Kiwanis? It sounds really interesting - and very creditable.

I am also seeking for dual citizenship as I live in Germany without German citizenship (how? Because of the EU!) Right now my family has Polish citizenship only but as soon as I turn 16 I'm looking to get dual citizenship (although I technically have dual citizenship right now because I'm also a citizen of Talossa.)
Nevertheless, I still want to receive German citizenship so I can get benefits such as the right to vote.
