Given that El Lexhatx D.1.5 states:

Has the Government set up a new "Seneschal's List" anywhere else which I am unaware of? I ask because the Opposition wanted to raise some accountability questions to the Cabinet but for some reason couldn't remember who they were.

Indeed this list was last updated in March 2023, and unless I'm wrong I don't see any "public archiving of the old versions" (apart for Government, which stopped in August 2019 (at the bottom of this page (https://wiki.talossa.com/Government)).
I can update for 2024, but not for the previous years.

I don't think you have to update for previous years - TalossaWiki's version control will preserve previous versions of that page
