What are the timezones of Talossa and is daylight savings observed?

Talossa uses Talossan Standard Time (TST) which corresponds to CT in winter and CDT in summer, so it does have DST.

Cézembre for provincial business uses Cézembre Time (CÉT) / Cézembre Summer Time (CÉST), which corresponds to CET/CEST.

Confusingly this does mean daylight savings start and end on a different date in Cézembre and the rest of Talossa.
