Here are some of the TCAT picks I am considering. Lüc has agreed to add his own list (when he has time) for comparison. Obviously contains potential spoilers for my team so don't look if you don't want to know.
Then again also some potential useful pointers for riders to consider.

Bonus: big name riders (or TCAT usual suspects) you shouldn't want
David Gaudu, because he seems to always disappoint
Simon Yates, because he hasn't done much of note this year
Christophe Laporte, his only chance at points is maybe sprinting (if Van Aert doesn't)
Felix Gall, he's been unremarkable for a whole year now
Mathieu van der Poel, he's basically training for the Olympics and being Philipsen's luxury leadout
Geraint Thomas, he's here as a domestique for Rodriguez and/or Bernal
Jai Hindley, ditto but for Roglic
Arnaud Démare, hasn't been competitive in sprints for a long while
Mark Cavendish, the only way he wins his record 35th stage is if they let him
Phil Bauhaus, he's not gonna finish Tour
Axel Laurance, he's been impressive but he will be a Philipsen leadout
So I guess we mostly agree, with some exceptions. Only 13 hours to finalise/submit your team!
