Title: [Terpelaziun] Finance Minister (Sept 6)
Post by: Breneir Tzaracomprada on September 06, 2024, 09:39:18 AM
Tuischach,

I rise with a question for the Finance Minister. @Sir Lüc

The Government has successfully submitted the required financial legislation by the second Clark. Now that that important requirement has been fulfilled I request the Finance Minister please inform the Ziu on other plans for ministerial activities.

Estimat Túischac'h, I thank the Leader of the Opposition for this chance to answer my first Terpelaziun in over seven years.

As I announced during my recent intervention on the Budget before the CRL, I will be offering a brief statement to the Ziu outlining estimates on non-fundraising related income, which had not been included in recent Budget bills, including the one I presented on behalf of the Cabinet. This statement can be considered forthcoming within the end of the present month.

I will also be working chiefly with the Minister of Technology and the Backend Secretary to assist the Government if/when a decision is made to start reimbursing the Backend Secretary for his own hosting, which as far as I know Danihel has so far declined to accept, or to migrate to a different hosting provider. If either option proved to be expensive enough to require an additional source of revenue - such as fundraising drives or a scheme to advertise and sell more TalossaWare, coins and stamps - my Ministry would then work on exploring and implementing them as needed.

I thank the Minister for his reply.
