Just wondering how many people might be interested in joining an National Hockey League fantasy league if I start one this year? The season starts in October we would have to schedule an online draft before the official start of the season.
It sounds fun but I know even less about hockey than I do about cycling haha.
I'd be up for it! But like Sir Txec, I don't know much about hockey except that a hat trick is 3 goals in a row XD

Okay if you are interested I can currently accept up to 12 teams. Number of teams can be changed if more people are interested. You will have to go to this link to find the (probably improperly named) Talossan Naziunal Hachi aßociú and create your team https://hockey.fantasysports.yahoo.com/hockey/37911/invitation?key=61d0ae5cafa51b33&soc_trk=lnk&ikey=25f013149a6cfb27 or you can send me a good email address privately and I can send you an invite to the league. We will have the draft on September 28th at 6 pm Talossan time. If for some reason you cannot attend the online draft live the computer will select a team for you using what it considers the best available players. I set the date and time hoping it would work for most people if you as a group think there might be a better time we can discuss the issue and I can change it up until the day of the draft. Ask if you have any other questions. It does not take a lot of knowledge to play, in the past my wife who knew NOTHING about hockey at the time won the league LOL
I'm in. We did play a fantasy hockey game a few years ago, but I'm not even sure who wound up winning it. (I am a hockey fan, but I've honestly not been paying much attention to it the last couple of seasons.)

I made a team but may not be able to make the live draft.
Folks we still need at least one more person to sign up or the league will be cancelled. The website requires at least four teams.

We now have the minimum number of players required for the league but we have plenty of room for more!!! I would love to see a full league of 12 players. Come join the fun! Knowledge of NHL hockey is helpful but not necessary. The first time I ran a league my wife joined in and she had never seen a hockey game in her life and she won LOL

I'm in. I don't think it'd be wise for me to participate in the live draft though, so I will count on the wisdom of the computer.
For my part I simply can't make the draft on Saturday, but I've got my preferred list put in to the computer, so it will pick what it can.
Just one day left to join up! Still have room for up to 7 teams (more if necessary I just need to change some things) hope to get at least a couple more. No real knowledge is necessary!!! Come on, I joined TCAT and I know absolutely nothing about cycling!

We are up to 6 teams. If it makes everyone feel better, I will be depending on the computer to draft my team as well LOL I didn't check the schedule for my hometown junior hockey team which I have season tickets for and the first game I can attend is...you guessed it...tonight LOL
