Well we ended up with 7 of the 8 spots in the league filled. The website will run a manager-less team to fill the eighth spot. This team can be transferred to someone else if we get a person who wants to play. This will be the thread in which I will post the matchups and the weekly results.

A few minor rules to remember.

You must have a starting goalie at least 3 times a week that actually plays or the goalie stats don't count. If you click on the name of the goalie it will indicate whether he is expected to start the next game (no guarantees though)
Keep an eye on the status of players in your starting lineup. If there is a red circle with an "O" in it that player is out and will not play. You can click on the players name to get an idea of how long the player might be out of action.
This is a head to head league. So each week teams will play each other and the top 6 teams will qualify for the playoffs at the end of the season. The playoffs will run from week 23 through week 25.
If anyone decides to make a trade between two teams, it will be put up to a league wide vote as to whether it is a fair trade or not. The vote is final.
The most important rule...HAVE FUN!!! It is just a game and the only thing you will win is bragging rights LOL

Oh, I'm still a fan, watch games when I can, and still keep tabs on how my team (Pittsburgh Penguins) are doing), but not nearly as much as I used to. I was surprised when I looked at my roster of players, and...was unfamiliar with half of them. Hopefully I got some good picks.
