While my heart beats a little faster at becoming the first Seneschál to win an absolute majority for 6 or 7 years, such a turnout would be essentially a conservative one, offering no majority for any OrgLaw reform which didn't have a broad consensus...

I think a lot of people are underestimating how Ián P.'s party have pitched themselves to the kind of people who don't care about Talossa except to make sure it remains a Monarchy with a strong Monarch. At one point I entertained the concept of spoiling that fun by running a PATRIOTIC MONARCHY PARTY whose 50 words would just have been "God Save The King!" repeated a few times, and I am sure that would have gotten about 5-10 votes. But that would have been unethical.
