We, TXEC by the Grace of God King of Talossa and of all its Realms and Regions, King of Cézembre, Sovereign Lord and Protector of Pengöpäts and the New Falklands, Defender of the Faith, Leader of the Armed Forces, Viceroy of Hoxha and Vicar of Atatürk, greet the Kingdom and her citizens and Cestours and here declare:

WHEREAS Flip Molinar has been a citizen of Talossa since January 1, 2008; and

WHEREAS S:reu Molinar contributed numerous proposed laws during his multiple terms in the Cosa; and

WHEREAS It has come to our attention that our Estimat Citaxhien Flip Molinar is facing a serious health issue;

BE IT RESOLVED that henceforth January 1 shall in perpetuity be Flip Molinar Day. We pray that our Ziu will enshrine this proclamation into the laws of our Kingdom with all due haste.

Done under Our Hand Royal at our palace in the city of Riverside in California, the province of Maricopa, this 3rd day of December, in the year of salvation 2024, the 44th of the Independence of Talossa, and of Our reign the 1st.

Your Majesty and the Entire Nation,

Words cannot express my profound gratitude and the deepest feelings of honor and joy that I feel. I want everyone to know that no matter where I may be in the future, I will always be with you all in spirit and especially every January 1st when I hope we can all celebrate the joy of another year together as Talossans. My own request is that when this day is celebrated in the future, please let it be a day of unity, respect, gratitude, love and compassion for all in the kingdom. May you use it as a day to step back and reconnect with one another. Also, please forgive each other all of the previous years transgressions and make a firm commitment to limiting those transgressions against another in the year ahead. May those be the purposes of this day. That is my humble request after being bestowed with such a great and generous honor. Long live the king and Long live the Kingdom of Talossa.

Many, many hours spent chatting about all manner of things.
Time spent as political colleagues and as political rivals within our Nation.
Of all the Talossan Honours ever bestowed and of all the accolades ever achieved in this Kingdom, this one fills me this absolute joy.

I eagerly await the first of next month.
