As a new citizen and someone who is eager to be a productive citizen, I propose the creation of the Talossan Space Agency. I am well versed in rocket technology and purposes of space agency activity. It would be my honor to propose designs for vehicle designs, testing, and full functionality. I will endeavor to make Talossa the first micronation with a space agency and the first micronation to space. It may seem frivolous or unattainable but it is my belief that we have the ability and desire to fulfill this mission.

I love the idea. It's good to see new citizens bring new ideas. Knowing my brother, it's far more likely to be Monty Pythons inspired than any beverage though :-)

While some jokes are offensive, it's beyond me why anyone would be angry at the silly pun name "BEER" for an agency.
I think it'd be cool to see a revival of BEER, whether or not it keeps the same name. It's not frivolous or unattainable -- it's awesome, and we've done it before!
Well, it's part of the whole "cultural vibe" of the RUMP-era Talossa that absolutely repelled me - the whole "middle-aged, conservative, bearded, beer-drinking boy's club atmosphere"

Pol: for some years, many prominent citizens ran in the same circles, and that's what's being referenced. It's not really the case anymore, but some bad feelings remain. You certainly did nothing wrong!

Not much of a surprise. I was just thinking that maybe somehow I could be a productive citizen. Ask His Majesty, both of us have never been benchwarmers, we like to be involved!
I think I'm being very charitable in assuming that they didn't *think* about whether they were endorsing sexual assault, rather than that they were intentionally doing so. This is exactly what repelled those of us in the Republic about the "sausage party" atmosphere of the Kingdom in those days.
But of course the "beer, beer, beer" stuff just rubbed me personally the wrong way, not that it's objectively bad.
Your idea is good and I strongly encourage you to pursue it. Talossa has a long history (45 years) and there have been controversies. Don't let that dissuade you. As for being a benchwarmer, I've definitely never been that!
