@Sir Ian Plätschisch is nominated as a Puisne Judge of the Cort pü Inalt of Talossa, this appointment to take effect immediately upon the final certification of the 61st Cosă election.
An excellent choice and probably the best candidate for the job. (And right on the time limit as well; one day later and it couldn't have been considered for the sixth Clark.)
In light of the recent CpI decision, I look forward to introducing this bill on the First Clark of the next Cosa.
It is probably just as well that (due to literally oversleeping on my part) we didn't get it on the last Clark, because then Ián P. could defend the Cort case without fear of conflict of interest or appearance of self-dealing.
Chancery hat: Popping in to note that this is CRL exempt per Lexh.H.2.1.2.4 and may go straight to the Clark if the main sponsor so chooses.
Scribery hat: This probably needs amending first to reflect that it hasn't been Clarked in February as initially expected (but the amendment is not substantive so again, it can go straight on the First Clark afterwards).
