Title: Let's Learn Talossan!, Lesson Two
Post by: Baron Alexandreu Davinescu on January 30, 2025, 06:13:19 PM
Okay, so the second lesson is sorted: https://talossan.net/lesson-two/

I plan on adding more practice problems, like I did already with the first lesson (https://talossan.net/lesson-one/), but want to make sure I'm not on the wrong track.  I had to write this one without my book, so I'm less confident.  @Marcel Eðo Pairescu Tafial, UrGP , anywhere I went wrong?

Lesson 2 seems to be fine on first glance, but I did find some errors in Lesson 1's hints and bonus sentences.

- the bigger hint for "Ian will run to the park." still implies àð el
- coriarha is future tense, not past tense
- parc does not mean store

Damn it, I forgot to check over all the boxes. Thank you.

Well, at least I know how to fix all those pretty easily.

Fixed! I figure next lesson can be translating the other way. And the lesson after that, some sentence frames for translating English.

I'll have some time to work on this, this week. I'm going to spend at least a little time putting in some things for engagement. Links back to this forum, ways for people to comment, and so on. Then I'll get to work on the next lesson. As said before, it's going to be focused on translating into English this time. After two of those lessons, I expect we'll be ready for more production.

This is so useful for me, thank you!
