Why I am Interested in Becoming a Talossan:I want to become a Talossan, because I would like to try to become a Minister and help make Talossa a kind of paradise for anyone who discovers us and becomes involved in our nation.
I know that Talossa is a serious nation and I am serious too, and I know that citizenship is a very serious thing that is needed to be represented in elections, but being a Talossano citizen abroad is practically representing Talossa abroad and therefore its good reputation and I consider it an almost sacred thing.

Talossa time does not exist at various times around the world based on the government Minister's locality. It is equivalent to either US Central Standard Time or US Central Daylight Savings Time.
Our clarks and elections, as you know, follow Talossan time. I am trying to figure out if immigration applications are also marked at the Talossan time of receipt which would make the receipt date of the applications, as currently posted, incorrect.

Under the provisions of El Lexhatx E.4, as this prospective citizen has failed to make a first posting to Wittenberg within thirty days of their introduction by the Immigration Minister, the immigration process for the prospective citizen is terminated.
