Under Article III, Section 3 of the Belacostan Constitution, the first order of business for a newly-seated Provincial Council is the election of a Governadeir for the term. I open the floor for nominations.

I don't really like doing this on principle, but for the sake of moving things forward I nominate myself. A mick will carry that nomination, or the other two Consuls may agree on a candidate themselves.
