I do like our current Head of State's fancy parchment proclamations.
Anyway, Statement from the Incoming Government to be expected at the First Clark or so.

I figured I'd make my proclamations and Letters Patent look nice!

I like that style very much. I only wish there was text version of it accompanying the letters, so that those of us with fatigued eyes can read it easier. With that font, I can read one or two lines before giving up.

While it isn't really fancy, I'd suggest DIN 1451, it's very readable.
Well I'm not planning on changing the font, but I will include a text-only version below the image in future proclamations.
