Title: Atatürk House of Commons, 61st Ziu
Post by: Sir Lüc on April 17, 2025, 04:52:28 AM
Azul, by the powers conferred unto me (I guess) as Cunstaval of Atatürk, seeing as the province hasn't formed an executive or a House of Commons in many moons, I would like to step in and help get things organised, or at least attempt to do so.

The most recent elections for the House of Commons resulted in 4 votes for the Progressive Alliance and 3 votes for ¡Avant!. Pursuant to Article II.1 of the Constitution of Atatürk, the House of Commons will have 20 seats and so this translates to 11 seats for PROG and 9 for AVANT, after rounding each to the nearest integer.

I invite PROG leader @þerxh Sant-Enogat and AVANT leaders @Miestră Schivă, UrN-GC @Bråneu Excelsio, UrN @Mic'haglh Autófil, O.Be  to apportion their seats as required by Article II.2 (to adult Atatürkeys, without a Talossan criminal record, and who have voted in the most recent General Election).

Someone should consider updating that Atatürk wiki page also. It is wildly out of date!

Unfortunately at this time there is not, and one cannot be elected until a majority of seats have been assigned (at the moment I'm the only one with seats assigned in the house, with the party with 11 seats not having assigned them)
