@WesleyPR Welcome to the Kingdom, when did you submit your application? It is listed as received on April 21st (which could not be the case in Talossa time) which affects the date you become eligible for citizenship.
Also, I am also learning Japanese, how long did it take you to become proficient in the language?

My best guess is that he has consumed Japanese media when he was very young; he grew up with it. That applies to me as I learned German because I grew up with the language and learned English through consuming English-speaking media since kindergarten.
