@Sir Lüc: Do we know if any of our foreign guests from either the Wong Ming Empire or The Kingdom of Carcosa have established accounts yet?

I created accounts myself for all people who applied to the Landing Pier and got OK'd by the Seneschal - that is, all four of them. All were immediately notified through the email address they provided.
The account I created for Carcosa is
@carcosa , and the one for the Wong Ming emissary is
@lucien .
