As Grand General Secretary of Maritiimi-Maxhestic, I have appointed @C.d.I. Nouacastra-Läxhirescu, MSC to fill the vacant Senate position

The appointment is now reflected on the Database and Senator Nouacastră has been provided with credentials to the database for voting on the Clark.
