Why I am Interested in Becoming a Talossan:Azul!
I\'m from Oregon, USA but have traveled all around the world and appreciate all cultures. One interesting fact about me is that I come from a long line of golf professionals! I have photos of my very rugged looking great great grandfather with a golf club in hand. I don\'t think it was such a bougie sport back then.
I learned about Talossa when I was visiting Milwaukee for a wedding and a friend told me what an interesting micro-nation it is. It prompted me to read about your language and the nuances of citizenship.
I admire your democratic values and tax structure and the creativity which drives your culture. Its so straightforward and simple and I feel that in the times we live in, it\'s incredibly precious and important. I\'ve always been civic minded and participated in voter registration engagement, various student governments, many many volunteer events in my city as well as the US Census.
I hope to be able to participate by joining your Discord and helping organize volunteers long distance, possibly arranging meetings with other Talossians near me, or helping out however I am able.
I hope that if I am accepted I will be able to vote and honor the Kingdom with my values and insight, as well as glean knowledge from the citizens of Talossa.

More About Myself:I grew up surrounded by beautiful deserts, valleys and subtropical rain forests in Oregon in the USA. I appreciate the beauty of nature and the systems that help protect that from people. Civic engagement is important to me as well as taking care of other people. If we all take care of each other then we can rest easy in our communities. I used to be a financial crime investigator but I\'m taking a big break to reassess and regroup. My only ambition right now is to age gracefully, participate in community. and stay healthy and mentally sharp.
