Mr. Speaker,
I've struggled to get an answer from the Seneschal on legislation she has proposed in the Hopper concerning additional reform of terpelaziuns. Last term, the now-SoS suggested changes to terpelaziuns and now we have another set of reforms to terpelaziuns from the Seneschal on the suggestion of the Speaker himself. If the Government believes it is receiving too many terpelaziuns it should make that clear. So I ask the Seneschal, what problems are these reforms, such as limiting unlimited terpelaziuns to only the Leader of the Opposition, attempting to address? Further, if there are concerns for decorum, then I also ask her to share with the public the English meaning of the Talossan word-verpa she used in a recent Terpelaziun exchange. Would that be considered within the bounds of decorum?
Estimat Túischac'h, since you wrote these suggestions and I'm merely codifying them, perhaps you would be better placed to enlighten the member rather than me.
I can only say for myself that I am perfectly willing for the Túischac'h to smack me down for decorum if necessary, if that will keep all members in line. I am not in favour of unilateral verbal disarmament.

Mr. Speaker,
I thank the Seneschal for this cordial and prompt reply and welcome additional information from you.
As I am not covered by the Terp legislation due to not being a government minister, I will decline to answer any questions within this thread. I will make my personal opinions known in the thread in the Hopper dedicated to the draft bill.

I thank the Speaker for making his personal opinions on efforts to hold governments to account public.
