This prospective hails from Luhansk, in Russian-occupied Ukraine. Their provincial assignment is therefore set to CZ (for Ukraine), not KA (for Russia), because this government will not recognize those annexations.
Shouldn't we cancel this request, based on incorrect declaration of country of residence (Lexh E 2.1 or A 16.1), at least until submission of a corrected application ?
In my experience, applications which aren't written in English or Talossan go nowhere, so we probably don't need to do anything. And I get subjected to sustained political attacks for screening applications, anyway.
Under the provisions of El Lexhatx E.4, as this prospective citizen has failed to make a first posting to Wittenberg within thirty days of their introduction by the Immigration Minister, the immigration process for the prospective citizen is terminated.
