@Antaglha Xhenerös Somelieir Minister Somelieir, the Bureau for Humanitarian Aid and International Development (BHAID) will celebrate it's ten-year anniversary this October. As one of its founders this is a point of pride as the organization has been a marker of Talossan care and generosity in the wider world. I do not know of the Government's desire or current capabilities to mark this important occasion. Since the head of the BHAID remains vacant and legislation moving it to the Civil Service appears to not have adequate support in the Cosa I am asking for permission, as a volunteer, to spearhead efforts to publicly celebrate the Organization on this important milestone.
@Carlüs Éovart Vilaçafat who helped design BHAID's original logo has once again stepped forward to design a commemorative logo for its anniversary. Would the Ministry or the Government in general be opposed to me heading this effort?

@Antaglha Xhenerös Somelieir I'll hold back for say a week and then try asking a terpelaziun as this is important to me. I wanted to try unofficial channels as I've already asked you one terp this month and I know how some have found the quantity of terpelaziuns to be annoying.
I have just made an appointment on an Administrator of BHAID, as with the 10th anniversary, the ministry shall look into this nearer the time and think of what we may do at the time.

Unfortunately, American politics teaches that having no shame and simply refusing to take responsibility is a superpower. People eventually just give up trying to remonstrate with you, and then you can behave how you like. And in Talossan politics, you can't "lose" a Cosa election so there's no electoral penalty for being 'n grült sac dals verpas.
Clearly a supermajority of the Ziu telling you you're reprehensible has no effect, so Phase 2 must come into play.

As part of a Cabinet discussion, I happened to note that, while the Senäts is authorised to expel members for gross malfeasance (OrgLaw III.9), there's no equivalent provision for the Cosa, which seems a pity.

Interesting, if this is what the Cabinet discusses, I am now starting to understand why in the Green Party's first two mid-term reviews we've found so little activity.
While I'm obviously one of the first in line to criticize the Government, I think it's pretty valid for them to spend time on how best to maintain our civil society when an unrepentant sex pest like yourself threatens it.
