As to 61RZ26 – The Consequences Act, I vote per.  This bipartisan bill continues the process of establishing consequences for repeatedly and maliciously disrupting our community.

As to 61RZ27 – The Public Process Act, I vote per.  The Minister of Immigration should not have the power to secretly bar people from immigrating.  This bill requires that such a process take place in public, so that the people know about who is being excluded.  The minister is not currently doing this, so nothing is being lost by fixing this loophole in the law.

I vote non on the VoC.
