If the Zuoaves wiki page is to be believed, @Iac Marscheir is currently a private of the Zuávs da l'Altahál Rexhitál, and @Barclamïu da Miéletz is currently a private second class. Depending on how "cultural exhibitions" are counted, that means both citizens are somewhere between tragically underpromoted and criminally underpromoted. To even attempt to enumerate each and every exhibition would be to itself minimize their tremendous energy and spirit.

Therefore, as El Capitán da l'Altahál, it is my pleasure to announce that:
