Title: How do I become a member of the Royal Academy of Vexillology?

I am a vexillologist, and I would like to join the Royal Academy of Vexillology.

So! Once you are a citizen, I would recommend joining the College of Arms; from there, if you'd like to focus on the RAV, I'd be happy to have you join!

As I had mentioned in our PMs a bit ago -- the Squirrel Viceroy may wish to correct me on this, but I was under the impression that the first step to joining the RAV would be to join the College, no?

I agree with you, Foxmouth.  No one may join a constituent group within the Coletx without first becoming a member.  Shall we petition His Majesty for your admittance, S:reu Cabischabuerg?

Either -- happy to see you back in action, and it'd be great if you did it!  I believe the positions of Mellow Fellow, Well-Met Fellow, Long Fellow, and Oblivious Auditing Fellow are all vacant.
