The ballots assigned to S:reux Lux, Martinez, Tresplet and S:da Indrut are trivially exhausted. We are therefore left with seven ballots, three assigned to S:r Ardpresteir and two each assigned to S:reux Davinescu and dal Nordselvă. Two scenarios are conducted in accordance with Lexh.B.14.7.1.

Second round scenario A - Davinescu eliminated. In this case, one of his ballots is exhausted and the other is reassigned to S:r dal Nordselvă, who is tied with S:r Ardpresteir 3-3. According to Lexh.B.14.7, S:r Nordselvă is eliminated due to trailing in the previous round of voting.

Second round scenario B - dal Nordselvă eliminated. None of his two ballots can be reassigned. In this scenario, S:r Ardpresteir leads S:r Davinescu outright, 3-2.

Since he would win under both scenarios, pursuant to Lexh.B.14.7.1.1, Béneditsch Ardpresteir is elected.

I have just gotten in touch with the members of the Electoral Commission to provide guidance on certification. Apologies for doing so a day later than usual; it's been a very busy week or so.

Pursuant to Lex.B.13.6.1, any complaints about irregularities should be brought to the attention of the Electoral Commission by jointly contacting the Ministry of Justice and the Chancery via email or Witt PM.

Azul, a reminder that, as of today, no party has fully registered by paying the required 6¤40 / 10$ registration fee to the Burgermeister of Inland Revenue. Please do so by the start of the First Clark in order to actually be able to assign and vote the seats you won. Looks like 15 CAD is 10.90 USD, so it does indeed cover the fee.

I have also received an email from @GV stating he paid his Senate winner's fee, and updated the list accordingly.

I would also like to update everyone that one of three commissioners has gotten back to me with nothing to report regarding suspicions or irregularities. Hopefully I will also hear back from the other two and wrap up soon.

The deadline for certification having passed, the Electoral Commission has voted to certify the results. Pursuant to Lex.E.B.13.7, I declare the commission dissolved, with many thanks to all three members for their service.
