Title: Nimlet Workarea on Constitutional Reforms
Post by: Breneir Tzaracomprada on January 29, 2026, 04:06:22 PM
Whatever comes of the current situation regarding the Acting Governor, one thing is clear, Florencia needs a major constitutional overhaul.

As a member of the House of Shepherds I'd like to create this space for gathering areas in need of reform and ideas for reform.

If the sky is the limit then I think the system employed by Fiova fits my own personal sensibilities but recognize that might be too much and too far of a change. One item we have to address is the eligibility limitations on the Office of Governor.

I can only speak for myself, but hope other Florencians might agree, that non-Florencians who wish to contribute their expertise should also post their ideas.

Input welcome.

The incumbent Senator, the Community Jurist considering a Florencia-related case, and the Cunstaval all agree that Florencia needs constitutional reform. Please don't let silence be the response to crisis in the province.

We might be looking for a governor here in Florencia for the entire Cosa...but ideas for constitutional reform remain welcome.
