If we're going to do this again in February, we need to figure out a time sooner rather than later.

I wanted it to be on a Saturday so that S:reu Malt can also attend, and I'm terribly busy for the next two weeks meaning it would have to be on the 14th.

Also happens to be St. Valentine's Day!
I will likely have other stuff going on for St. Valentine's Day. Someone may have to look at how to host and record the session without relying on my Zoom.
I'd forgotten that the 14th is Valentine's Day. Not sure what other day would work then, since I believe the 21st would be too late.
Why would the 21st be too late, out of curiosity? If the session was held at the same time as on January 11th, it would comfortably still be within the voting deadline.
I don't think it's a crime to skip a session in February, but it would be unfortunate to have the Ziu not have an opportunity to debate the Budget face-to-face, since it's supposed to be a pretty consequential affair.

I figured the deadline was on the 21st, but I wasn't sure about the exact time. For what it's worth, here's a link to a schedule finder thing that I've just created: <clichetz aicì> (https://www.when2meet.com/?34756817-QnS6K)

The exact time would be 7:30 PM TST / 2:30 AM CET of the following day.
The scheduling has hit a bit of a snag since there is no time window in which everyone is available, so something needs to give.
If I were to arbitrarily schedule it for, say, Saturday, 21 February 2026, 11 AM Central, would that be okay?

That could probably work.

That's 6 in the morning my time. Sadly unlikely.
As far as I am concerned it can be pushed back an hour or so; just let me know something definitive relatively soon, so I can send out some kind of update alongside mid-Clark voting reminders.
We're late for reminders so I had little choice but to issue them without definitive scheduling info. I will of course send out invitations and a Zoom link if/once things clear up.

Well I didn't hear anything back from most people so I will just go ahead with 11 AM as originally envisioned. If not enough people show up, I can always cancel the session at that time.
I plan on attending.

I have created a Zoom link for the Informal Joint Session. Fair warning, it's a fairly busy weekend for me but I'll try and be there on time, if only to open and close the meeting.

The Joint Session is underway!
For the record, a few people were in attendance, but no session was held as the Government was completely unrepresented. Better luck next time. We still managed to squeeze in a lively chat so I'm thankful for attendees for showing up.
