Wittenberg

We recently relaunched the government award now known as Pretz Pätriotic del Seneschal (https://wittenberg.talossa.com/index.php?topic=4974.0), or Prime Minister's Patriotic Award.

After feedback from the Coletx, the current proposed design is a small, square white badge, decorated in red with a naval-style compass rose to represent the fact that the recipient has helped guide their friend to Talossa.  This part would be 3D-printed in matte plastic, and it will look something like this:

The back will have a small clip so that it can be slid onto the top of a pocket, lapel, or other part of fabric.  It will also hold a thin woven green cord.  This cord will hold the beads for the award.

I am going to print the beads, as well, so we will have a free hand with the design.  They will be different shapes and colors, depending on where the recipient is in the sequence.  For example, His Majesty is going to be first in line since he has recruited both Her Highness Queen Chelli and his brother to immigrate, and so he'll get two beads of different designs.

I have all the components, so I'll be producing this later this week.  The goal is to send them out next month.  Before that, though, I'd like to solicit any feedback.  Do you have any suggestions to improve the design?  Any suggestions on the beads?

The awards will be free, since the Government will cover mailing them to recipients.

(And of course, don't forget to claim your award!)

Just a note that it looks like funding for postage might not be approved by the Senate, so that might significantly delay distribution of awards.  Just want to give everyone fair notice ahead of time.

As Mieusegnhor dal Nordselva immigrated after his brother's accession to the throne, is the King eligible to receive a second instance of the award for recruiting him?

I don't think that restriction makes sense, so I'm removing it.  We have way too many members of the nobility and knights at this point for that to be feasible.

What restriction are you removing?

Okay, I have the green cord and I'll have a chance to print off some drafts this week.  The goal is to get these done and sent out next month.
