Post by: Crement Itravilatx on February 06, 2026, 07:36:28 PM
Is there a place to find out the names of countries in Talossan? I wondered what is the Talossan name for Japan.

According to L'Översteir (https://oversteir.talossa.com/) the Talossan name for Japan would be Cipangu.

There isn't a separate list of them, but you can look up country names on L'Översteir (https://oversteir.talossa.com/), the official dictionary.

The Talossan name for Japan is Cipangu (chee-PAHNG-goo), which I believe was what Marco Polo called Japan in his reports, while the Talossan word for Japanese is Txaponesc (zhah-poh-NESK).
